The products are sold to the Customer identified by the data entered during the completion and submission of the electronic order form, along with the acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale. The Customer is prohibited from entering false and/or fictitious and/or fantasy names in the online order procedure and in any further communications. The Seller reserves the right to pursue any violations and abuses legally, in the interest and protection of all consumers.
By accepting these Terms and Conditions of Sale, you also release the Seller from any liability arising from the issuance of incorrect tax documents due to errors in the data you provided when placing the online order, as you, the customer, are solely responsible for their correct entry.
The contract is concluded when the Seller receives your Order Form via the Internet, after verifying the correctness of the data related to your order. The languages available for concluding the contract with the Seller are Italian and English, and the applicable law is Italian law.
Once the contract is concluded, the Seller will process your Order for fulfillment. Upon conclusion of the contract, the Seller will send you an Order Confirmation via email, containing a summary of the information.
The Seller reserves the right, before sending the Order Confirmation, to request further information via email or the telephone number you provided, regarding the Order you submitted through the Internet.
If the products presented on the website are no longer available or on sale after the Order has been submitted, the Seller will promptly inform you of the unavailability of the ordered Products. In such a case, the amount previously committed on the Customer's payment method will be released.
Blerris reserves the right to refuse orders from a customer with whom there is an ongoing dispute and/or a dispute related to a previous order. This also applies to all cases where Blerris deems the customer unsuitable, including, by way of example, previous violations of contract conditions for online purchases on the Website or any other legitimate reason, especially if the customer has been involved in fraudulent activities of any kind.

For the payment of the price of the Products and the related shipping and delivery costs, you can choose one of the methods indicated in the order form on the website www.blerris.com, summarized below:

Unless otherwise indicated in writing, all Product prices and shipping and delivery costs indicated on the website and in the Order are inclusive of VAT and expressed in Euros. The validity of the prices indicated is always and only that indicated by the website at the time of submitting the Order via the Internet. The prices of the Products and the shipping and delivery costs may change without notice. Therefore, be sure to check the final sale price before submitting the relevant Order.
Shipping
The shipping costs are:
- For the national territory: €15.00.
Shipping is possible only to the countries indicated in the order form. Promotions are currently in place with minimum purchase requirements:
Orders received on Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays are processed on the next working day.
If necessary, customs duties and all expenses related to exportation are the responsibility of the customer.
