WITHIN WHAT TIME FRAME CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?

Returns can be requested no later than 7 days from the date of receipt of the item. The shipping costs for returning the item are the responsibility of the customer.

HOW AND WHEN WILL I RECEIVE THE REFUND FOR MY RETURN?
There are two ways to be refunded:

  1. Through the same payment method used for the original purchase.
  2. Through a VOUCHER of the same value as the returned item(s), which can be used in a single transaction within 1 month—after which it will no longer be valid for redemption—on the online shop www.blerris.com. The value of the voucher corresponds to the value of the purchased items, so in case of a promotion, it equals the discounted price.

The voucher must be used in a single transaction. If the purchase amount is less than the value of the voucher, the difference will be forfeited.

Once the return is received and authorized, the refund will be processed promptly: no later than 15 days.

HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?
To initiate a return, send us an email at: support@blerris.com. You will receive all instructions via email on how to proceed with the return process. Remember, the return request must be made no later than 7 days from the date of receipt of the item. The shipping costs for returning the item are the responsibility of the customer.

HOW SHOULD ITEMS BE RETURNED AND TO WHOM SHOULD I DELIVER THEM?
Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received: they should be properly protected, packaged, and complete with all tags. Items must not be washed or stained. Otherwise, a refund will not be possible.

Please note that personalized items cannot be returned.

I CHOSE THE WRONG SIZE/ITEM/COLOR FOR MY ORDER, CAN I REPLACE IT?
Currently, it is not possible to exchange merchandise via courier. You will need to return the items to be exchanged, choose your preferred refund method, and proceed with a new order.

IF I RETURN PART OR ALL OF THE ITEMS, DO I HAVE TO RETURN THE FREE GIFT I RECEIVED DUE TO A MINIMUM PURCHASE?
In case of a partial return of an order that included a gift, you may keep the gift if the value of the retained items is equal to or greater than the minimum purchase required to receive the gift. Alternatively, you may keep the gift if you choose a VOUCHER as the refund for the full or partial return.

However, if you return the entire order and choose a refund through the same payment method used for the purchase, you must also return the gift along with the purchased items.

INTERNATIONAL: HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?
If you need to return the purchased product from an address outside of Italy, you must ship the product without undue delay and in any case within 7 days from the online purchase, using a carrier of your choice and at your own expense (including any customs clearance fees) to the following address:
